Condition

• Pre-owned, and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light marks on the frame but are cosmetic and do not effect the product.
• Sill end caps are missing but can be replaced at low expense and can easily be fitted.
• Screw holes on the frame from a previously fitted alarm (see photos), which could easily be filled.

Security

• High quality 6 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 208cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
