Condition
- Pre-owned, and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light marks on the frame but are cosmetic and do not effect the product.
- Sill end caps are missing but can be replaced at low expense and can easily be fitted.
- Screw holes on the frame from a previously fitted alarm (see photos), which could easily be filled.
Security
- High quality 6 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 208cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
