Double Rebated Composite Front Door in White, bespoke made to a high quality.
‘Double Rebated’ giving an even greater thermal insulation and security by virtue of their 68mm thick door leaf construction, compared to the 44mm of a standard single seal composite door.
This adds twice the defence against wind & rain, gives better U-value, improved insulation and improved draught resistance.
They also have the added advantage of an internal steel reinforcement which makes the door even more stable and superior to a standard composite door.
Would cost around £1,200.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light paint chips and cosmetic marks in a few places (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
- Missing door chain, which can be purchased online and is easy to fit.
- Dent on the internal side of beading.
Security
- 7 point ‘Milenco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and three keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
