Composite Font Door with Sidelight in Woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but it’s modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
Pre-owned, has been previously installed, and is in excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
Missing Parts
Sill End Caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Colour
The colour externally is Woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
Sidelight / Window
Just the sidelight is 87 cm in width, and can be removed if required.
Just the door frame width is 90 cm.
Operating / Style
The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor when installed. This provides a level finish so there would be nothing to step over.
Security
7 point locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.
Glazing
Glazing is Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
