Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Very small scratches and perishing rubber seal on the low threshold

Missing parts:
One rain sill end caps missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally is Woodgrain Green and internally White, with a upvc White frame externally and White internally.

Has Silver hinges with Silver handles.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Security

Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 2 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
