Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There are some screw holes in the doors from previously installed furniture (kick-plates and a plaque), however these can be filled easily or covered with your own furniture.
• The varnish on the external side is slightly weathered. The doors could benefit from being re-varnished.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
• Handles, internal letterbox cover, and middle locking plate are missing, however these can all be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Inward opening doors. The main traffic door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted with a ‘Flemish’ pattern, and toughened.

Colour

• Externally and internally is Varnished, so the original wood grain still shows throughout.
