Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• Few holes on the door, but can easily be filled.
• There is some rot to the bottom of one of the doors approx 5cm up, could be filled- see last photo.

Security

• 5 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 1 ‘Garrison’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left (see photos for diagram).

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars both externally and internally, inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the units entirely.
  We can order 2 new panes of glass for £150 total including VAT. Your installer would need to replace the units.

Colour

• Painted white internally and varnished externally so the original woodgrain still shows.
• The handles are Brass and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
