Wooden (Pine) Casement Window in Cream, bespoke made to a very high standard by ‘Gowercroft’.
Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed. Excellent condition on both sides.
- Sturdy, heavy-duty, well-made window.
- Faint marks in some places (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- This window does not requite keys as it is locked shut from the inside by turning the handles. Replacement handles complete with keys can be purchased online for a low expense.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- The upper panes have leaded bars externally on the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
- Powder coated which offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
