Wooden Pine Back Door.
Bespoke made by Gowercroft a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £3,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- 2 dents on the external door please see last photos.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
- Barrel and Handles are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 3 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Grey RAL 9002, with a matching frame either side.
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
- Has Silver coloured hinges.
