This item has hardwood doors with a uPVC frame. The frame has sidelight couplers attached to either side, however these can be easily removed.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Paint chips above letter box and on the lip of the door – some of these could be easily sanded down and touched-up/repainted.
• 2 cuts marks on the top of the internal side of the frame from the previous installation, however these would be hidden with trim when the doors are installed again.
• 2 screw holes on the top internal door from previous alarm sensor – these could be filled, or covered with a new alarm system.

Missing Parts

• Rain Sill for main door is missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.

Security

• 5 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
