Wooden Hardwood Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
The door thickness is 4.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed at all.
- This item could use a repaint on the external side.
- This item has some rotten areas at the base (see photos), you will require a professional carpenter to fix this.
- Areas effected by rot are as follows: 14cm deep, 3.5 cm width, 7cm length for 1 area and 3.25cm deep, 3.8cm width, 14cm length for the other rotten area.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 18mm thick triple glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Brown.
- Has matching Solid Brass furniture.
