Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Missing one hinge (see photos), however, replacements are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• The bottom panel is slightly coming off (see photos), but a competent carpenter could easily repair this.
• The veneer has peeled slightly on the exterior bottom part of the door.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• 3 point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Varnished.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
