Condition

• Part installed and removed the same day.
• Excellent/ as new condition both sides.
• Small scratches on the external side (see photos), however, these could be touched up to make less visible.
• A bump stop for one sliding door is missing (see photos), however, replacements are available to purchase online.

Security

• 5 point ‘Sobinco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Carl F’ keys.

Opening

• The doors slide open left and right from the middle, when viewing from the outside.
• The main traffic door is on the left, when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, Laminated, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is 7016M (Matt) Grey and internally is 9910HG (Gloss) Hipca White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black.
