uPVC Casement Window in White, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Profine’.
Would cost around £400 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Comes with all required beading and vent covers (see photos).
- There is no handle with this item, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- High quality 8 point ‘Q-Line’ locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this item as they are supplied along with new handles.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- There are no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £95 total inc VAT.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself, the units required are:
- Width: 81.1cm, Height: 24.4cm x1 pane (Checked LH).
- Width: 81cm, Height: 78.4cm x1 pane (Checked LH).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is Silver.
