These are ‘FD30’ Fire Doors, however we do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.
High Quality Wooden (Pine) ‘FD30’ Fire-Rated Front Door, bespoke made by ‘New Sentry Doors’.
Model: ‘Internal Flat Entrance Door (FED11)’.
This door was originally ordered for a block of high-end flats in Central London, however it was made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Dated 11/11/2022, these fire doors offer some of the latest security and energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost over £3,000 if you were to order bespoke direct. This door arrived fully wrapped in protective packaging from the factory, but we have unwrapped it for the photos.
Included is a Satin Chrome coloured ‘Perko Powermatic’ door closer made by ‘Samuel Heath’, which can be found online for over £500 alone – see screenshot (there is no box for this item).

3 point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
The toplight alone is 26cm in height – this will need to be added to the height in the table opposite if you are installing it.
Professionally powder-coated on both sides, giving a perfect finish and requiring no maintenance. Externally in Red and internally in White, with a white frame either side.
Has Chrome handles and Silver hinges.
