These are ‘FD60’ fire Doors, however we do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.

Its features also include an insulated ‘Rockwool’ core, weather seals, stainless steel hinges and hinge bolts, chamfered low profile stainless steel threshold (DDA Compliant), and also includes a Door Closer.

Built to E120 acoustic specifications.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Small scratch on the handle (see photos), however, this is purely cosmetic and does not effect the integrity in anyway.

Security

• Multipoint deadlock ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 keys (3 for each lock).

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
