Wooden (Pine) Back Door in Grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Timber Windows’.

Was originally part of a French Door set, however, you can easily use it as a Back Door by installing suitable frame and hardware.

Would cost around £3,500 if you were to order bespoke direct (when complete with frame).

The door thickness is 6 cm compared to the standard factory 4.4 cm.

Please note: There is no frame for this ‘Timber Windows’ door.
On occasions we have had customers purchasing and struggling to make up a suitable frame; this is due to the lip around the edge of the door it’s self (see photos), so please make sure you have a competent carpenter to hand. 

We do have some of these doors complete with frames, so if you require photos of how they are manufactured please contact us.

Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light marks in few places (see photos), but are hardly noticeable and can easily be touched up.
• Four screw holes from previous fitting on the external side – these could be easily filled and touched up.

Missing Parts

• Handles, Locking Plates, and Parts of Hinges are missing (provision for handles are provided, all hinges may have to be replaced), however, these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• New barrel and 3 ‘Eurospec’ keys comes separately.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally is Pebble Grey and internally is Matt Light Grey. 
•  The colour of the hinges is Black.
