Timber Brown French Doors

Wooden Timber French Doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Chips and marks on some places, nothing a sand-down/re-varnishing wouldn’t cover
- Bend on hinges, however you could replace these at a low expense.
- Bottom of 2 panes are badly rotted, however these could be repaired.
- Small crack/cut on a sidelight, but it could be glued back or filled easily.
- Some wooden beading broken, however could be fixed.
- Few screw holes in places, but could easily be filled.
- Not bowed at all.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Hook for a sidelight is missing, however you could purchase this online at a low expense.
Security
- Multi-point ‘Union’ and ‘Chubb’ locking system.
- Main locks would need to be changed as there is no key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- Just the door width is 110.6cm together.
- There are multiple different widths to the sidelights:
- Sidelight one width: 55.7 cm.
- Sidelight two width: 56.2 cm.
- If the smaller sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 166.8 cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, clear.
- Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.
Colour
- The colour externally is wood grain Brown and internally is wood grain Varnished.
- Has matching Gold Chrome coloured furniture.
