Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The door has been painted black and there is a few paint chips on both sides and is missing the rain sill so the original colour (red) is showing though. Could easily be hidden with some touch up paint.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main locks would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
