• External handles are slight tarnished from weathering, the internal handle has a small scratch these can be changed for a low expense.
• Light marks on 3 of the hinges and one of the doors some of these can be touched up.
• 3 screw holes on the top of the internal frame from previous net curtain can be covered by trim please see last photos of cosmetic defects.

Security

• 7 point ‘Mila’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with two new barrels and 6 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
