Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Missing one piece of beading and the hinge caps (see photos).
- The middle hinge has snapped and would need to be fixed by your fitter (see photos).
- The paint is tarnished on the handle and the knocker, however, this is purely cosmetic and does not effect the operation in anyway.
- The handle no longer springs back into place, however it still operates as usual. New handles could be purchased online and easily fitted.
Security
- 5 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
