Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• The rain sill has been slightly chipped, however this can be touched up or can be replaced for a low expense.
• Two of the bottom hinge cap covers are missing, however they can be purchased online for an low expense. The missing hinge covers are for the underneath of the hinge so are not visible.

Security

• 9 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Kenrick’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £150 total inc VAT, this will take 7-10 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
