Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light mark on the door (see photos), this can easily be touched up.
• Paint residue on the top hinge cover (see photos), this can also easily be touched up.
• The key has some rust on it (see photos), however this can be replaced at a low expense.
• The key and locks still operates as normal.
• Missing the rain sill (see photos), this can easily be replaced at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 6 point ‘Mila’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has leaded pattern design with stained glass externally on the glazing.
• This cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glazing you will need to replace the glass entirely.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
