Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light paint chips and cosmetic marks in a few places (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
- There are marks on the handle (see last photo), which is only cosmetic and would not effect its operation – can be replaced if needed.
Security
- 5 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
- Keys for this door is missing currently however, the door will come with a new barrel and keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has a Autumn pattern on the glazing.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
