UPVC / PVCU front door.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order this bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.
Has White hinges with Gold handles.
Operating / Style
The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Security
5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing. If you required clear glass, you would need to replace all the units. Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely rose design inside.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
