Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light chips on a beading section and a small mark internally (see last photo), but these are only cosmetic and don’t affect the functionality of the product at all.

Security

• 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order a new handle online for around £10 posted which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Irish Oak) and internally is White,
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
