- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

- Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.

Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is Woodgrain Chartwell Green and internally is Matt White.
- The colour of the handles is White or chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
