Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has some of its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Opening

• Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is 48mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is Anthracite Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
