Wooden Hardwood Stable Door.

Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Slight chipping on the bottom of the door and next to the handle on the internal side this could be filled or touched up.
• The handle on the external side is broken and we need replacing.
• The frame of the cat flap is broken on the external side, please see last photo.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, and distorted.
• Has Georgian Bars on the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally is Brown and internally is White.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
