Wooden Hardwood, Stable Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Paint chips on the handles. They are metal and so could easily be hidden with some touch up paint or replaced.
- Some wear to the sill, however it could be sanded down and repainted easily.
- Screw hole on the external side, this can be filled. Please see photo’s.
- Slight paint wear the the beading on the internal side, However this can easily be repainted.
- Main Mortise lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.

Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, clear, toughened.
- Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.
Colour
- The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Gold.
