Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Screw holes on the external side of the door, but this can easily be filled (see photos).
• Scratches on both sides of the door (see photos), this could benefit from being re painted or touched up.
• Slight signs of rot at the bottom of the door (see photos), however this could be treated easily.
• Small chips on both sides however this will not effect the integrity of the door and could easily be touched up (see photos).

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Multi point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick single glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is Brown and internally is Grey.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the hinges are Solid Brass.
