Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Small chips in the wood (see photos), however this could be filled and touched up by a competent carpenter.
- Screw holes on internal side of the door (see photos), but the could be filled easily.
- Residue adhesive around the edge of the door, which could be removed with solvent and a scraping tool.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- No keys for the shoot bolts, but these could be purchased online.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- This door opens inwards to the right, when viewing from the outside.
- Could easily be modified to open the other way (holes would need to be filled).
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
Colour
- This item has been varnished both externally and internally, showing the natural wood grain throughout.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
