Designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper doors can do after just a couple of years. Its also professionally powder coated, which requires no maintenance.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Part of the frame has been removed on installation (see photos), you will need a competent carpenter to make a new frame end or cut the frame down to remove the left side window, if removed the new width would be: 150.5 cm.
• Small chips on the frame (see photos), this could be touched up.

Security

• 4 point ‘DGS’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
