The door thickness is 5.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light marks and Small paint chips on the door (see photos), however this will not effect the integrity of the door and could easily be touched up.
• Small chip on the external side of one door (see photos), but this could be filled and touched up.
• The bottom hinge is slightly bent (see photos), so the hinges could do with being replaced. New hinges are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• The wood is split in places (see photos), but this is purely cosmetic and does not effect the operation in any way and also be filled.
• The main locking point is missing, however, these are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• 4 point ‘KFV’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is Cream.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Gold.
