Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• There is slight rot occurring in a few locations on both doors (see photos) which would require a competent carpenter to repair.
• Chips around the edge of the doors (see photos), these could be filled.
• The missing pane of glazing has been ordered and will arrive along with the door on delivery, ready to be installed by your fitter. Prior to fitting the glass, the slight rot on the Georgian Bar may require some attention.
• Screw hole (see photos), this can be filled.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, clear.
• Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• Has matching Solid Brass coloured furniture.
