Premdor Engineered Core Back Fire Door

Wooden Back Door, bespoke made to the highest quality by: Premdor / Watford Timber Doors.
Produced on the 17/03/2022, and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
We do not have any fire certificates for these doors, only the stickers that you see in the photos.
These are all FD30 Certified, Enhanced Security, Engineered Core Fire Resistant Doors. They come in prime unpainted, ready for a fresh coat of paint.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct. See invoice in 3rd photo where you can see they were purchased for £519.25 each.
This does not include VAT and also had very heavy trade discount applied (the company order 1000s of doors a year to be able to get this discount).
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Some light dirt marks, but once painted these would be covered.
- Glass on the spy hole is broken, however an additional spy hole is provided separately (see last photos).
Security
- 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new thumb turn barrel that needs to be fitted and three keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a wooden frame either side.
- These doors can be re-sprayed into any colour you desire.
- Has Satin Stainless Steel coloured furniture.
