Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There are a two small holes by the handle on the top window sash, however these could be filled (Please see Photos).
• The top of the frame has a small split, however this could be covered by trim once installed and is only cosmetic (Please see Photos).

Missing Parts

There are no keys for main handles, but the windows can still be locked from the inside. New handles, complete with keys can be purchased online.

Security

• Multi point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key for the stay handles.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance.

Colour

• Has been varnished externally and internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
