• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Storage marks on the external side of the frame (see photos) – these could be easily touched up/re-varnished, or concealed with trim by your fitter when the doors are installed.
• One screw hole on the internal side of the frame (see photos), which could easily be filled.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Chubb’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is single-glazed, clear.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
