Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light cosmetic scratches on the door (see photos), however this could be touched up easily.
• Light marks around the edge of the wooden frame (see photos), however these will be covered by trim when installed.
• The top of the frame is slightly rotten (see photos), however this could be treated by a competent carpenter.

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
• This item has no external handles, which provides additional security and a sleek modern appearance.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick triple glazed, clear, metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
