The door thickness is 6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Small split on the external side of the door (see photos), however, this could be repaired by a competent carpenter.
• Screw holes on the internal side (see photos), however, this could easily be filled.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• 4 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘ISEO’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is: 68cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 138.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
