These are commercial style doors which are perfect for businesses.

These doors are fitted with an electric mechanism so they can be opened with a key fob, however they are not supplied with one, so you would need to source this. They can be operated without a key fob if you don’t require this.

Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• All beading is provided but may need to be cut to size (square cut).

Security

• Multipoint magnetic locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £245 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 32mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinge is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016.
