Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order new direct.

We believe these are ‘FD60’ fire Doors, however we are not 100% sure. We do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.

These also could be used externally, you may just have to change the low threshold.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• In the table is the measurements for set 3, Set 2’s measurements are Height – 202cm, Width 85.1 cm.
• There are a few cosmetic marks on the doors, however this dose not affect the door operation. (Please see last photo’s)

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, frosted, (impact/ fire resistant), Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Green, with a matching frame either side.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
