Antique Wooden Blue Stable Door
1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Stable Door in Blue.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Lead is peeling away in two places on the glass, which can be re-secured with adhesive.
- Paint is flaking away in places on both sides – this door could benefit from being repainted.
- Small dent under the top hinge please see last photo.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 4 ‘Chubb’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed and clear.
- Has Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing, these can be removed if required, leaving plain glass.
- Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally is Blue and internally is Matt White.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is White.
