Condition

• External door, but was installed in a showroom for 6 months so has not been open to the elements.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Some light marks around the frame, but could easily be touched up- see last photos.

Security

• 4 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 188.1cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D rose design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally is Matt Red and internally its been professionally varnished so it shows the original Timber. Has a matching frame either side.
• Professionally power coated externally giving no maintenance.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
