Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light marks on the door and hinges but is cosmetic only this does not affect the operation of the hinge in any way.
- The interior of the door is discolored (see photos) which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the door.
- Gasket in a top corner of the door is slightly loose (see photo) but cane be replaced at low expense and is easy to fit.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
- The handle needs to be in the vertical position for the door to be open and closed (the door will not close if the handle is in the horizonal position).
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
