Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Set B Top window has a small scratch but is cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the product.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- There is no key with this window but it can still be locked from the inside by turning the handle. New handles complete with keys can be purchased online at a low expense and are easy to fit.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear glass metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles are chrome & hinges are Silver.
