Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Missing handles and keys, but replacement handles could be purchased online and would come with keys.
• The locking mechanism is missing so the windows are unable to be locked shut (see photos), however, replacement locking mechanisms could be purchased online and and installed by your fitter.
• Light cosmetic scratches on the external side (see photos), however, these could be touched up easily.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally is Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
•  The colour of the hinges is Silver.
