Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Odd marks on the external side of the frame, and on one corner of the opening window. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the operation or integrity of the item in any way.
• 3 small screw holes on the internal corners of the frame – these could easily be filled and touched up.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
