Would cost around £4,000 if you were to order new direct.

The door thickness is 4.9cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

• Not bowed or rotted at all.

-Weathered bottom sill, but nothing a sand down/ re-varnish wouldn’t cover.

-Chip on the bottom corner of one of the doors.

– Few hairline cracks to the bottom sill, but these are only cosmetic and do not affect the doors at all. Easily sanded down, filled and varnished over.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.

• There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.

• Doors open in twos, with the right two doors opening first when viewing from the outside (there is no main traffic door).

• When fully open, all 4 doors stack to the left.

-Doors are top hung.

• There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• Externally and internally Varnished so the original wood-grain still shows. Has a matching frame either side.

Can easily be painted if you wanted them coloured.

• Has matching Silver/ brushed chrome coloured furniture.
