1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Solid Oak, Front Door.

Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Small screw holes on the internal side from previously fitted bolt locks (see photos) which could be filled, or used to install replacement locks.
• Small chip in the corner (see photos), which could be filled and touched up.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & internally on the glazing.

Colour

• Varnished either side, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Black wrought iron furniture.
