Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed at all.
- Rain sill is missing however this can be purchased online and fitted. See in photos.
- Paint pealing in places this can be sanded down and re painted. See in photos
- This item is missing 3 hinges this can also be purchased online and fitted.
- Rot on the bottom of the door this can be treated by a professional please see in photos.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, distorted, and has an orange tint.
Colour
- The colour externally is painted Black and internally is pained Cream.
- Has matching Solid Brass coloured furniture.
